A: Yes. All of our electrician’s are professionally trained and qualified to work in Queensland. We are also members of the Master Electricians Australia.

Q: Why do I need a licensed electrician?

A: Any electrical work carries some degree of risk – some of which is partially covered by your home insurance. Therefore, you need a licensed electrician for any jobs involving electricity. It is illegal and very dangerous to perform DIY jobs. Additionally, in the event of an accident, your insurance company will not cover expenses.

Q: Do you follow health and safety?

A: Yes we take heath ans safety very seriously. We strictly follow the guidelines given by Worksafe Queensland’s electrical safety guidelines.

Q: Can I install power points myself?

A: No. Not unless you’re a qualified electrician. It is illegal to perform electrical work without a license. The risk of attempting such a task without supervision from a trained professional, greatly outweigh the cost of hiring a licensed electrician.

Q: Can you install LED lights?

A: Yes. We can install LED lights.

Q: Can you repair hot water heaters?

A: Yes. We can repair, replace and install all hot water heaters. We can provide services for gas, electricians and solar heaters.

Q: What causes electric shocks?

A: Electrical shocks are cause from being in contact with an electrical current. You can avert the risk of electrocution by installing proper insulation and isolation.

Q: How much does an electrician cost?

A: Electrician costs depend on various factors. You can expect to pay between $70 to $120 per hour for an electrician. For a 24 hour service, you can expect to pay a call out fee as well.

A: We service all of the South East Queensland Region including Moreton Bay and Redland Bay. Our main service areas are Brisbane Southside and Northside, Western and Eastern suburbs. We can also service Ipswich and Toowoomba.

Q: What hours are you open?

A: Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. We also have an emergency electrician available 24 hours a day, 7 days week.
